Presun Sunscreen: Better Protection

PreSun sunscreen is unique among sunscreens because it is designed for application well before you go out into the sun. To apply, you smooth the sunscreen over dry skin and wait fifteen minutes for the lotion to soak down into your skin, providing sun protection beneath your skin's outer layer. It uses titanium dioxide as its primary active ingredient, an ingredient proven especially good for sensitive skin.

Pre Sun is among the very best waterproof brands of sunscreens. It is rated for more than 80 minutes of protection while in the water. At which point the sunscreen will need to be reapplied. And since it provides great water protection, it is also a very good sunblock to use when engaged in sweaty athletic activities.

PreSun's Ultra cream with Parsol is an excellent sunblock, providing protection throughout the UVA spectrum as well as UVB sun protection. Like other PreSun products, it's PABA free, hypoallergenic, and waterproof.

When choosing which SPF level of Presun to use, you should take your skin type into consideration. People who tan easily and rarely burn can get away with a very low SPF of four or so. Those who burn easily should use an SPF of about 30; more than 30 is overkill because there's very little difference between an SPF of 30 and 45. If you have oily skin, you should find a version of PreSun that uses water as a base instead of any oily substance.

PreSun sun protection is available in a variety of locations, both online and in your local area.
